This policy explains what Tiptoe Meme (tiptoememe.com) collects when you use the site, why we collect it, who else handles it and how long we keep it.

Adults only

Tiptoe Meme is for adults aged 18 or over. Do not upload a photo of anyone under 18. We check every upload with automated tools and reject photos that appear to show anyone under 18.

Your photos are deleted within 24 hours

The photo you upload, the preview and the images we make from it are deleted within 24 hours of being created. Download the photos you want to keep before then, because we cannot restore them afterwards.

We use your photo only to create your image and to check it for safety, for example to detect faces, apparent age and explicit content. We do not sell your photos and we do not use them to train AI models.

If you choose a photo before you sign in, your own browser keeps a copy of it on your device while you sign in with Google, so you do not have to choose it again. The copy is deleted when you come back signed in, or the next time you open our home page once it is more than 30 minutes old. It reaches us only when you make your photo.

What else we collect

• Account: when you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID and email address and keep them to run your account.
• Credits and orders: your credit balance, each time credits were added, used or returned, and your order records (provider order number, pack and amount). We never see your card number or payment-account password.
• Generations: the look you chose and whether the generation succeeded, failed or was blocked. The photo itself is deleted as described above.
• Visits: where you first came from (for example a search engine, a link or a campaign), and page-view statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in for up to 30 days, and a cookie that remembers where you first came from. Our visit statistics do not use cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but then you will not be able to sign in.

Who handles your data

We share data with these companies only to run the service. We do not sell personal data.

• Cloudflare hosts this site and stores our data. Cloudflare also runs, or passes your photo to, the AI models that create your image and check it for safety, provides the human check (Turnstile) you see before you generate a photo, and counts visits (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
• The AI model providers reached through Cloudflare process your photo only to return your result. Under their own terms, a provider may keep a request that its safety checks block for a limited time. That is outside our control, and our 24-hour deletion does not reach it.
• PayPal or Waffo takes a payment only when that method is shown at checkout. To match a Waffo payment to your account, we send Waffo your account ID and the email address of your Google sign-in. That provider's own privacy statement applies to these and to the details you give it.
• Google provides sign-in with your Google Account.

How long we keep things

Photos, previews and generated images are deleted within 24 hours, as above. The minimal automated review record (job ID, review stage, model and policy/preset version, the model's structured verdict such as the number of faces, an estimated youngest age and yes-or-no safety flags, the decision and reason, and review time) is kept for 30 days; it does not contain an image, identity document, email address or full request text. Account, credit and order records are kept while your account exists, and for as long as we need them to handle payments, disputes and legal duties.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@tiptoememe.com. We may keep records we need for payments, disputes and legal duties.

Where your data goes

Our providers run services around the world, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
