These terms govern your use of Tiptoe Meme (tiptoememe.com). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who can use the service

You must be 18 or over. The service is for adults only, and every photo you upload must show an adult.

Your photos

Upload only a photo of yourself, or a photo you have the right to use. By uploading, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you have that right. You keep your rights in your photos. You allow us to process them to create your image, to check them for safety and to delete them within 24 hours, as described in the Privacy Policy.

What you must not do

• Upload a photo of anyone under 18. We accept photos of one person only.
• Upload a photo of someone else without their permission, or try to make images of celebrities or other real people who have not agreed.
• Upload nudity or sexual content, or try to make it.
• Break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or try to get around our safety checks, limits or payment systems.
• Send requests with automated tools, or try to disrupt the site.

We check uploads and results automatically. We may reject or block a photo, limit free previews, or suspend an account that breaks these terms.

This acceptable-use policy applies to Tiptoe Meme. It explains what we do not allow and how the photo maker checks requests. It works with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Adults, permissions and controlled looks

Upload only a photo of yourself, or a photo of another adult for which you have clear legal permission. Do not use the service to make a deepfake, impersonate a real person, or mislead someone about who made or appears in an image.

You choose from the fixed original looks shown on this site; there is no free-text image prompt. The looks are generic and are not official, sponsored, approved or endorsed versions of any brand, character, film, show, game or person.

Content we prohibit

• Pornography, NSFW material, nudity intended to be sexual, or sexual content.
• Violence, blood, gore, or material intended to depict injury.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting a protected group.
• Any child-unsafe content, including CSAM, or a photo that appears to show someone under 18.
• Deepfakes, non-consensual impersonation, or an image that pretends to be a real person without permission.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including requests for a specific branded or fictional character.

How checks and updates work

Before generation, an automated review checks the uploaded image. After generation and before a result is shown, the result is reviewed again. We use Grok Imagine (xAI) to make the image and Llama 4 Scout through Cloudflare to review images. Every result is AI-generated. These companies and their models do not endorse this site or its content.

Our fixed look prompts are reviewed before release and when they change. We keep a minimal server-side review record to investigate an appeal: the review model's structured verdict (such as the number of faces, an estimated youngest age and yes-or-no safety flags), the decision, the reason, the policy version and the time. It does not contain the original photo, an identity document or the full text of a user's request. The checks reduce risk but cannot guarantee detection of every copyright or trademark issue.

Enforcement, reports and appeals

We may reject a request or withhold a result that fails a check. A failed or blocked paid photo follows the normal credit-return rule, and uploaded and generated images are deleted within 24 hours. To report content, request removal of an image we still hold, or appeal a possible error, email contact@tiptoememe.com. A person reviews the available record and may refuse the request, delete relevant stored images where applicable, or correct a mistaken decision. We do not promise a 24/7 response, automatic reports to authorities, account bans or credit forfeiture.

Credits and payment

Credits are sold in packs, priced in US dollars as shown in the pricing section of the home page. One credit makes one photo. Credits never expire and belong to your account. Available payment methods are shown before checkout and may include PayPal or Waffo. Each account gets one free preview, which is low resolution and has a watermark; we limit the number of free previews we give each day.

If a photo cannot be made, or our safety checks block it, the credit is returned to your balance. See the Refund Policy.

Independent service

Tiptoe Meme is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with the artists who made the original tiptoe clip, with any app, or with any song people pair it with.

Your results

Images are made by AI and may not look exactly like you or like the sample photos. We cannot promise a particular result.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or stop the service, and we may update these terms. If we change the terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
