Refund Policy

Each credit makes one photo. This policy explains when a credit is returned and when it is not.

Failed or blocked photos: credit returned automatically

If a photo fails to generate, or our safety checks block your upload or the result, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Successfully generated photos: not refundable

A photo that was generated successfully is a digital product that is delivered to you straight away, so it is not refundable.

Payment disputes

If something is wrong with a payment, write to us first at contact@tiptoememe.com. A PayPal dispute is handled under PayPal's rules; a Waffo dispute or refund request is handled through Waffo's process. We review verified payment-provider refund updates manually; we do not automatically refund or remove credits that have already been used.
